| 1.The Lancashire County Council and Rochdale Borough Council (Roch-dale—Lancashire/Yorkshire Motorway —Oldham) Special Roads Scheme 1968. In so far as it relates to the routes of special roads which lie within the area of Rochdale Borough Council (that is to say, routes referred to in the said Scheme as routes “B”, “E”, “F”, “G”, “H”, “I”, “J”, “K”, “L”, “M” and “N” and a part of the route referred to in that Scheme as Route “A”). |
