The terms of a trust based scheme and those of a corporate based scheme the operator of which is not subject to those provisions of the Companies Act 1985 or the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 which concern the ability of persons to obtain copies of the operator’s register of members must contain provision entitling a participant to obtain from the operator on payment of any reasonable charge within the period of two weeks following the participant making a written request to the operator, a list of all persons who were participants in the scheme on a date specified in the request (which may not be a date more than two weeks before the request for the list is made).
