5.—(1) Area A described in the Schedule to this Order (being the Area A transferred by article 4(1) of this Order)—
(a)shall cease to form part of electoral division 43 (Strathspey) of Highland Region( (1)) and of ward 3 of Badenoch and Strathspey District( (2)); and
(b)shall form part of electoral division 3 (Ernedal) of Grampian Region( (3)) and of ward 6 (Findhorn Valley) of Moray District( (4)).
(2) Area B described in the Schedule to this Order (being the Area B transferred by article 4(2) of this Order)—
(a)shall cease to form part of electoral division 3 (Ernedal) of Grampian Region and of ward 6 (Findhorn Valley) of Moray District; and
(b)shall form part of electoral division 43 (Strathspey) of Highland Region and of ward 3 of Badenoch and Strathspey District.
The electoral divisions of Highland Region were constituted by S.I. 1978/59
The wards of Badenoch and Strathspey District were constituted by S.I. 1979/943, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
The electoral divisions of Grampian Region were constituted by S.I. 1978/882, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
The wards of Moray District were constituted by S.I. 1980/599, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
