These Regulations amend the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment, Use and Certification) Regulations 1981 so that–the fee payable for a certificate of initial fitness is increased from £110 to £115, both on the first application, and on any subsequent application when the test includes a test of stability under regulation 6. The fee payable for the certificate on any other subsequent application is increased from £13 to £14;the fees payable for type approvals are increased from £640, £60, £320 and £1370 to respectively £665, £63, £330 and £1425; andthe fee payable for the issue of a duplicate certificate is increased from £7.50 to £7.75.
