Where a landlord disposes of an interest in a dwelling-house in the circumstances described in section 171A(1) of the Housing Act 1985 (cases in which right to buy is preserved), Part V continues to apply subject to the exceptions, adaptations and other modifications specified in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
