At the request of a producer to whom the second indented paragraph of the second paragraph of Article 12(1) of the Commission Regulation applies, the Minister shall decide, for the purposes of any levy, that the fat content which shall be considered as representative of the milk delivered to a purchaser by that producer shall be determined in accordance with that paragraph.
