SCHEDULE 11 PART II OF SCHEDULE 1 TO THE COMMUNITY CHARGE REBATES REGULATIONS AS AMENDED BY THIS ORDER

SCHEDULE 1 APPLICABLE AMOUNTS

PART I PERSONAL ALLOWANCES

1.   The amounts specified in column (2) below in respect of each person or couple specified in column (1) shall be the amounts specified for the purposes of regulations 7(1) and 8(a) and (b) —

2.   The amounts specified in column (2) below in respect of each person specified in column (1) shall be the amounts specified for the purposes of regulations 7(1)(b) and 8(c) –
