The Registrar General, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1), 5, 9(5), 10(1), 10A(1), 29(2), 39 and 41 of the Births and Deaths Registration Act 19531, by section 20(a) and 21(1) of the Registration Service Act 19532 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, with the approval of the Secretary of State for Health3, hereby makes the following Regulations–
