In paragraph 11(2) of Schedule 4 to the General Regulations (applicable amounts of persons in residential care homes and nursing homes) for all the words after “specified” there shall be substituted the words “immediately before 10th April 1989 as being within Area 53 in Schedule 6 as then in force”.
