Section 97(5) of the Explosives Act 1875 and paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the Emergency Laws (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1947 are hereby repealed.

The Order of the Secretary of State No 11 dated 20th September 192419 (except byelaw 3) is hereby revoked to the extent it relates to conveyance by road.

The Conveyance by Road of Military Explosives Regulations 197720 are hereby revoked.

The Acts, Order and Regulations specified in this regulation are not repealed or revoked in relation to their application in Northern Ireland.
