In exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 7(1), 9(2), 13(1), 26(1) and (2), 27(2) and (3), 28(2), 33(1), (3) and (5), 37(1), 40(7), 53, 55(1) and 57(4) of the Firearms Act 19681 and section 17(2) and (4) of the Firearms (Amendment) Act 19882, I hereby make the following Rules:–
