Coming into force
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 11(4) and 34(1) of the Clean Air Act 19561, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and being satisfied that fireplaces of the classes described can be used for burning fuel other than authorised fuel without producing a substantial quantity of smoke, hereby makes the following Order:
