Amendments to regulation 3 (interpretation)
3. In the Table in regulation 3(2) the following entry shall be inserted in the appropriate place–
| ““off-road vehicle” | an off-road vehicle as defined in Annex I to Council Directive 70/156/EEC of 6th February 1970(1) as read with Council Directive 87/403/EEC of 25th June 1987(2).” |
