2. The Companies (Unregistered Companies) Regulations 1985(1) are hereby amended as follows:
(a)in Regulation 6(d), the words “36 to 36B,” shall be inserted before the words “40 and 186”; and
(b)in the entry in the Schedule relating to Part I of the Companies Act 1985, for the entry relating to section 36(4) there shall be substituted the following entry:
“sections 36 to 36C ... ... ... ... Company contracts and execution of documents by companies.”
S.I. 1985/680, to which there are no amendments relevant to this Order.
