2.  The Fees established and set out in Table IV of the Schedule to the Legal Officers Fees Order 1975(1)and in Tables I, II, III, IV and V of the Schedule to the Ecclesiastical Judges and Legal Officers (Fees) Order 1989(2) shall no longer be payable.
