The Driving Licences (Community Driving Licence) Regulations 1990

Whereas both Houses of Parliament have approved a draft of this instrument, the Secretary of State for Transport, being a Minister designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to the licensing of drivers of motor vehicles, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Regulations:
