In section 57 (endorsement without hearing)–
a
in subsection (1)–
i
after the word “licence” in the second place where it occurs there shall be inserted the words “and its counterpart”, and
ii
after the word “Act,” there shall be inserted the words “the counterpart of”;
b
in subsection (2), at the beginning there shall be inserted the words “The counterpart of”;
c
in subsection (3) and subsection (4)–
i
after the words “particulars on the” there shall be inserted the words “counterpart of the”, and
ii
after the word “it” there shall be inserted the words “together with the licence”; and
d
in subsection (6), after the word “endorsing” there shall be inserted the words “the counterpart of”.
