In section 32 (court in Scotland may take extract from licensing records into account)–
a
in subsection (1), for the word “is” in the second place where it occurs there shall be substituted the words “and its counterpart are”; and
b
in subsection (2)(b), after the words “endorsed on” there shall be inserted the words “the counterpart of”.
