The Income Support (Liable Relatives) Regulations 1990

The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 166(1) to (3A) of the Social Security Act 1975 M1 and sections 24A(1), 24B(5) and 84(1) M2 of the Social Security Act 1986 M3 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, by this instrument, which is made before the end of the period of 6 months beginning with the commencement of the enactments under which it is made, hereby makes the following regulations:—
