The Goods Vehicles (Operators' Licences, Qualifications and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1990

The Secretary of State for Transport, being a Minister designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to the regulation and supervision of the qualifications of persons engaged in road transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by that section, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
