The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in relation to England, and the Secretary of State in relation to Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 8(1) of the Animal Health Act 19811 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
