2. Schedule 1 to the 1989 Order (London Pensions Fund Authority) is amended as follows:—
(a)paragraph 5(b) shall be omitted;
(b)the following paragraph shall be inserted after paragraph 8—
“9. Section 73 of the 1985 Act shall apply as if the Authority were a new authority.”
