East Kilbride and Glasgow Rutherglen
3. For the county constituency of East Kilbride as constituted by the Schedule to the 1988 Order (and described by reference to local government areas and electoral areas as they existed on 24th June 1988), and for the burgh constituency of Glasgow Rutherglen as constituted by the Schedule to the 1983 Order (and described by reference to local government areas and electoral areas as they existed on 18th February 1983), there shall be substituted the constituencies which are named in column (1) of Part II of the Schedule to this Order and comprise the areas set out opposite in column (2), which areas are local government areas and electoral areas as they existed on 5th July 1990 (and accordingly as altered by the City of Glasgow and East Kilbride Districts (Mid Lettrick Farm) Boundaries Amendment Order 1989((1)).
