Explanatory Note
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order specifies the fees payable for the year beginning 1st April 1991 under the Acts relating to the registration of births, deaths and marriages and associated matters.
The fees increased are those payable under section 5 of the Places of Worship Registration Act 1855, sections 27(6) and (7), 32(5), 41(6), 51(1) and (2), 63(1)(b)(ii) and 64(2)(a) and (c) of the Marriage Act 1949 and section 31(2)(a) and (c) of the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1953.
Otherwise the fees payable from 1st April 1991 are the same as those payable from 1st April 1990.
