Citation, commencement and interpretation1

These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Benefit (General) Amendment No. 3 Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 14th January 1991.

In these Regulations “the General Regulations” means the Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 19875.
