Provisions coming into force on 7th December 1990
2. Section 105 in so far as it relates to paragraph 10 of Schedule 5 to the 1990 Act but only to the extent that it confers power to make regulations under section 11D of the Radioactive Substances Act 1960(1) shall come into force on 7th December 1990.
