The Statistics of Trade Act 1947 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 1990

1.  The Schedule to the Statistics of Trade Act 1947 (which specifies the matters about which a person may be required to furnish estimates or returns under the Act)(1) shall be amended so far as it applies, under section 1 of the Act, to inquiries by competent authorities(2), by adding to the matters specified therein the matters specified in the Schedule to this Order.
