2.  That part of Schedule 2 to the Combined Probation Areas Order 1986(1) which relates to the Somerset Probation Committee shall be amended by—

(a) omitting the entries in respect of the petty sessions areas of Frome, Ilminster, Shepton Mallet, Somerton, Wells, Wincanton and Yeovil; and

(b) inserting in alphabetical order—

(i) in column 1 “South Somerset” and corresponding to this in column 3 “5”; and

(ii) in column 1 “Mendip” and corresponding to this in column 3 “3”.
