3. The permitted hours under Part III of the Licensing Act 1964(1) in force immediately before 1st April 1990 in an existing division shall continue in force there until the coming into operation of an order under the said Part III, fixing permitted hours, made in the year 1991 at the general annual licensing meeting of the justices for the respective new division.
