Amendment of article 2 of the principal Scheme

2.  In paragraph (19) of article 2 of the principal Scheme (meaning of “public funds”) after the words “(Scotland) Act 1987(a),” there shall be inserted the words “moneys provided under the Local Government Finance Act 1988(b),”(1).
