The Friendly Societies (Fees) Regulations 1990

The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 104(1) of the Friendly Societies Act 19741 and by article 2 of the Friendly Societies (Fees) Order 19712 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
