Amendment of the Income Support (General) Regulations 1987

5.—(1) The Income Support (General) Regulations 1987(1) shall be amended in accordance with this Regulation.

(2) In regulation 41(1), 45 and 53(1) (capital treated as income, capital limit and calculation of tariff income from capital) for the figure “£6,000” there shall be substituted the figure “£8,000”.
