2.—(1) The provisions of the Football Spectators Act 1989 which are specified in paragraph (2) below shall come into force on 22nd March 1990.

(2) Those provisions are—

(a) subsections (1), (2), (4) except paragraph (b), and (7) to (11) of section 1;

(b) section 14, and

(c) subsections (1), (9) and (12) of section 22.
