The Coal-Mining (Subsidence) Act 1957 (c. 59)
5. In section 13(1), for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph–
“(a)in England and Wales, to the Lands Tribunal or, where all the parties so agree, to the county court;”.
