The Public Health Acts Amendment Act 1907 (c. 53)
1. In section 21–
(a)the words “and value” shall be omitted; and
(b)after the word “ratepayers” there shall be added the words “and persons who are liable under the Local Government Finance Act 1988 to pay an amount in respect of any community charge”.
