SCHEDULEAMENDMENTS
The Housing Act 1988 (c. 50)1
In section 74(6)—
a
in paragraph (a) for the words from “prescribed expenditure” onwards there shall be substituted “expenditure for capital purposes for the purposes of Part IV of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 (revenue accounts and capital finance of local authorities);” and
b
in paragraph (b) for “75(2)” there shall be substituted “58(1)(a)” .
