The Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1990

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1990.

The provisions of the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems)Act 1989 specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 1st June 1990.

This Order brings into force on 1st June 1990 the provisions of the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989 relating to driving licences and driver information systems specified in the Schedule to the Order.
The following provisions of the Road Traffic (Driver Licensing and Information Systems) Act 1989 have been brought into force by commencement order made before the date of this Order:
