2. The following provisions in Part III of the Companies Act 1989 shall come into force on 25th January 1990 —
(a)section 75(2);
(b)section 75(3), in so far as it provides for the insertion in subsection (1) of section 180 of the Financial Services Act 1986(1) of a new paragraph (oo) after paragraph (o) of that subsection, and section 75(4) in so far as it provides a definition of “public servant” for the purposes of that new paragraph; and
(c)section 75(7).
