The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powersconferred on him by section 26(1) of the Pilotage Act 1987(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf,hereby makes the following Order:—
1. This Order may be cited as the Pilotage Act 1987 (Abolition ofPilotage Commission: Appointed Day) Order 1991 and shall come into forceon 29th April 1991.
2. The day appointed for the Pilotage Commission ceasing to exist is30th April 1991.
