The Education (Particulars of Independent Schools) (Amendment) Regulations 1991

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 70(1), (4) and (5)and 114(1)1 of the Education Act 19442, the Secretary of State for Education and Science, inrelation to schools in England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, inrelation to schools in Wales, hereby make the following Regulations:
