(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order transfers the harbour undertaking at Ryde Pier from Sealink Harbours Limited to Wightlink Limited and provides that, on and after the day of transfer, the latter shall exercise jurisdiction as harbour authority, and its piermaster shall exercise his powers, within a small water area adjacent to the relevant part of the pier.
The Applicant for the Order is Wightlink Limited.
