1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the European ParliamentaryElections (Amendment) Regulations 1991.
(2) These Regulations do not extend to Northern Ireland.
(3) These Regulations shall come into force when the Representation ofthe People Act 1990(1) comes into force in Great Britain (and accordingly whenthe Representation of the People (Amendment) Regulations 1991(2) and the Representation of the People (Scotland)Amendment Regulations 1991(3) also come into force).
