2.  The following provisions of the Administration of Justice Act 1982shall come into force on the 13th of June 1991—

(a) section 75, so far as it relates to—

(i) sections 1 to 16 of the Administration of Justice Act 1965(1),

(ii) the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978(2), and

(b) paragraphs 6 to 8 of Schedule 8.
