The Local Government (Committees and Political Groups) (Amendment) Regulations 1991

The Secretary of State for the Environment, as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 9(10), 13(3)(b), 13(4)(g), 15(2), 17(3), 17(5) and 190(1) of, and paragraphs 1, 3 and 5 of Schedule 1 to, the Local Government and Housing Act 19891, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations–
