1. –
(1) This Order may be cited as the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1991.
(2) In this Order–
“the Act” means the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990, and
“the appointed day” means 1st August 1991.
