1. These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st September 1991.
2. For Schedule 2 to the Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1981(1) there shall be substituted the Schedule 2 set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
3. The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1988(2) and The Building (Procedure) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1990(3) are hereby revoked.
