Article 3
That area of the sea lying to the north east of a straight line from Rubha na h-Easgainne at 57° 7.6'N latitude and 6° 5.1'W longitude on the Strathaird Peninsula, Island of Skye, extending in a south easterly direction to Rubha Caradal at 57° 4.3'N latitude and 6° 1.2'W longitude on the Sleat Peninsula, Island of Skye, and within the line of the mean high water springs along the northern shore of the Sleat Peninsula, the shores of Loch Eishort and Loch Slapin and along the southern shore of the Strathaird Peninsula, to the point of beginning at Rubha na h-Easgainne.
