The Secretary of State and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, being satisfied that it is expedient to apply section 42(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 19811 to the land hereafter mentioned which is comprised in a National Park and which appears to them to consist of or include moor or heath, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 42 and 522 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
