The Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Tolls Order 1991

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 17 of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 19881 (in this Order referred to as “the Act of 1988”), and of all other enabling powers, and on 1st August 1991, which is the next revision date for the purposes of that subsection, as defined by subsection (3) of the said section 17, hereby makes the following Order:
