The Goods Vehicles (Operators' Licences, Qualifications and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1991

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 89(1) and 91(1) of the Transport Act 19681 and now vested in him2 and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 91(8) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:–
